Furnished Apartment for interim rent (Winter Term 2023/24)

Description

I will spend the winter semester 2023/24 abroad and leave my fully equipped apartment in Graz for interim rent.

• Period: mid/end of October 2023 until mid February 2024 (from the beginning / middle of October on only partly and with cutbacks possible)
• approx. 70 m2, for 1-2 persons (double bed with 2 mattresses); rooms: bedroom, kitchen + living room, bathroom, WC, storage room
• large terrace (south-west facing)
• Fully furnished, nicely decorated and fully equipped, incl. washing machine, dishwasher, internet, bed linen, towels, cooking utensils, etc.
• Zone: Messe / Stadthalle Graz, tram 4 and 5; apartment: bright, sunny location, on the 4th floor (with elevator)
• Rent: 900 Euro per month all incl.
• non-smoking household
• pet by arrangement
