Paid Internship – E-Commerce Operations Intern in Germany (Hamburg)

Our collaborator is a fast-growing online fashion and accessories store, founded by a visionary entrepreneur and led by a passionate team. With over 100 employees globally, they are now looking for a motivated E-Commerce Operations Intern to join their dynamic team in Hamburg. This paid internship provides a comprehensive overview of the entire e-commerce process, including product uploads, customer service, and operational support.

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung

Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.
Provide customer service and assist with customer inquiries.
Support inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and advertising strategies.
Assist in returns management and logistics coordination.

Anforderungen und Qualifikation

Fluency in English is a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay) is a plus.
Fluency in English (required); German and/or Chinese is a plus.
Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Extra info

Compensation: 300-500€ per month
Transportation: Deutschland-Ticket (free public and regional transportation in all of Germany, 58€ per month)
Ergonomics: Height adjustable desks and chairs
Others: free snacks, fruits, water, soft drinks, tea and coffee in the office.

Start date: March/April
Duration: 6 months (extension possible)
Position: full-time (40 hours a week)
