Paid Animation Internship in 4* hotels in the Balearic Islands, Spain

Our collaborator is a company that provides entertainment teams to hotels and campsites all over spain. They pride themselves on always using a creative approach to their entertainment programs. Currently, they are looking for 10 interns to work in their hotels in Mallorca, Menorca, and Ibiza. The hotels are 4* hotels, with amazing facilities and a beachfront location. The intern will work alongside the entertainment team and support the event managers. They are a young and international team that is very enthusiastic about what they are doing. 

Anforderungen und Qualifikation

• Participating in a family entertainment program during the day (in a team of 4-10 people).
• Organizing activities with children and participating in the sports and fitness/wellness programs for adults.
• Minidiscos and entertainment shows in the evening (these may be dancing shows, participation shows or external shows).
• Customer service and contact with clients during the day.

Extra

• Good level of English and Spanish.
• German, Dutch, French or Italian will be a plus.
• A positive attitude at all times, due to constant contact with the customers.
• Previous working experience with children is desired.
• Enjoy sports and dancing.

• 400€ net/month.
• Accommodation provided in a shared room inside the hotel (staff accommodation) or in the vicinity of the hotel (gender specific)
• Meals.
• Gain hands-on experience in family animation programs and children's activities.
• Develop skills in organizing sports programs.
• Enhance customer service abilities through direct client interaction and support.

Availability and hours

• 40 hours/week.
• 2 days off per week.
• 1st April - 12th October 2025 (the shortest availability should be 3 months, starting first June and finishing in mid September).
